This guest house was built for an older gentleman with the possibility of future wheelchair use.

The house was designed to match the existing home style with a few added comforts such as a heat pump to keep heating and cooling costs to a minimum.

Plans were drawn by Junipine Construction & Remodeling DBA Kevin’s Cabinets and submitted to the City of Flagstaff for the removal of an interior load bearing wall and change in window and header sizes on an exterior wall.
