As General Contractors, building a new home, garage, ADU, Mother-in-Law / guest house, or home addition are options we offer.  All drafting and design is done in house to keep the costs down.  Kevin’s Cabinets and Junipine Construction will draw your plans and submit to the City of Flagstaff or Coconino County.   

Constructing an ADU, or Accessory Dwelling Unit is an effective way to create more living space.  Building a guest house in the city or county are very tangible options. The city supports the building of ADU’s and the square footage does not count against the overall footprint and an ADU of up to 1000 sq ft + a garage are allowed in the county.
