Ponderosa Trails Whole Home Refurbishment
Plans were drawn by Junipine Construction & Remodeling DBA Kevin’s Cabinets and submitted to the City of Flagstaff for the removal of an interior load bearing wall and change in window and header sizes on an exterior wall. This was done to open up the kitchen and relocate the laundry room to the upstairs. The staircase was redone in white oak. The entire project took almost a year to complete. The end product was absolutely stunning.

Cabinets by Kraftmaid Vantage in painted colors; Lagoon, Burmese, and Warm White with a slab front or wide shaker cabinet door style.
